The scope of work covered the complete creation of our visual identity and digital interface design. Hotburo was tasked with shaping a unique and cohesive brand image from the ground up, tailored specifically to the car rental market. Key deliverables included: Brand Identity Development — Creation of a distinctive logo, selection of primary and secondary color palettes, and development of a custom font combination that reflects the service’s urban, fast-paced, and reliable nature. UI/UX Design for Website — A responsive and user-friendly web design that allows users to browse available cars, view pricing, and complete bookings with minimal friction. Mobile App Design (iOS & Android) — Seamless, intuitive design for mobile users, featuring quick booking flows, geolocation tools, profile and payment management screens — all in a consistent visual style. Design System — A centralized set of guidelines including components, buttons, forms, icons, and spacing rules, to ensure consistency across future updates and development stages. The end result was a polished and modern digital product that communicates trust, ease of use, and a premium rental experience.
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Everything we discussed in advance was fully delivered and aligned with our expectations. As for measurable business outcomes, it’s still too early to evaluate them — the design phase was only recently completed, and we’re now moving into the development stage.

The team was easy to communicate with, always open to meetings, and quick to respond. All suggestions were addressed promptly, and calls were set up without delays — the collaboration felt smooth and efficient throughout.

What stood out most was the project manager, Anatoliy — an absolutely great guy who clearly loves what he does. His passion and dedication were evident in every interaction.
Are there any areas for improvement or something hotburo could have done differently?
In terms of client communication, definitely no complaints. As for the design itself, I’m not a designer, so it’s hard for me to critique the technical side, but I genuinely loved the final result.
